Well, another 6 weeks to PSLE. Just unbelievable! It was a breeze going through the Oral. But I guess everyone will be the same, find them easy. This is the exam weeks for the 3 girls. And normally I let them have fun so that they won’t feel so stressed. I wish them all the best for all the papers. Have been revising with them for the past few weeks, hope they could manage with flying colors.
Ask Ally which subject she feared the most and not surprisely, it wasn’t Math but Science. Guess we have to work harder on Science. Jess really has a change of altitude towards her work. And she has been working very hard, waking up early in the morning to prepare her assignment. As her foundation is not there, she really has to work really hard to pull her grade up. She has improved a lot. I need to spend more time with her too.
However, I don’t deny that it is really very tiring to teach them 7day, a week but the scheme has been going well and I didn’t really want to break the momentum till the SA2 finished. The girls have been good. Occasionally, I will let them use the computer.
Will reward them with a trip to Palau Ubin on the 1st day of school holiday and they are really looking forwards to it, planning what to bring and what to do. Who else but the leader, always has the most idea up her mind?
Just get 2 new bicycles for the girls and they will absolutely thrill. I get to ride on it too. Ha! Ha! Need to do some exercise myself. Next, I am going to get myself, a pair of rollerblade so that I can blade with the girls as well.

Family Day
We have a family day outing at Sentosa and will crazy enough to wake up at 6.00am so that we could be there around 7. But we only managed to get there at 7.30am. And they will already so many cars.
But when we get to the pavilion, it was quite crowded but we get to choose what color we want for our goodies bags. And they will really heavy when u have to carried 9 sacks of them. Jess wanted to come along but she has to attend the NDP. Ally can’t decide on which to go as she loves both but she decided to go for her ballet instead. It will be more fun if all of them come along.
Not too bad initially, we get a good spot to pitch up the tent and off we went to collect the breakfast. They still have a lot but the drinks just aren’t hot enough.
Then we hit the game stalls but I guess we were way too early and the stalls are not ready to serve the first customer. However, when we get there a while later, the queues were so long to arouse any interest on me. But still queue up lor, half way through the queue, it started to drizzle. Mav ended up playing the game and he won a prize when I can’t even hit any of the targets. Olivia and Lea gave up halfway through the queue.
Then it was off to the beach and sandcastle. And it was chit chat time again, like we really have a lot to talk.
Soon, it was lunch and it started to rain, heavier and heavier. And the kids just continue to play in the rain. I guess there isn’t much opportunity to do that. I just hope they won’t fall sick.
The lunch counters are packed with people and do you believe it, they actually ran out of food. And they make us wait more than half an hr for the next batch to arrive.
We actually ate under the rain and have extra ingredient in our chicken. Mav hide in the tent to eat while Olivia and Lea went to the toilet and eat. I ate under the umbrella which was held up on the tree.
What a day and such a disorganized event.
