Brought the kids to Central after class as it is by the riverside and I bet the kids will love it. They have such fun posing photos after photos especially when the weather has been great.

When night fall

60's Live Seafood

As the day is still way too early for dinner. We went to MacDonald for a light meal and make ourselves cozy before proceeding to Eng Neo for our dinner. But I thought, didn’t we just have our KFC. Ha! Ha! At the rate that I am eating, I am going to be a big fat pig soon. Well, it is time to get up and do some exercise.

The girls are doing their homework while I read my own magazines. It is quite fun doing that in Macdonald. Actually it is also our 1st time. A Korean family besides us started chatting with us about school work. She can speak really good English. She asks me about my view about English and mother tongue. She is an amazing lady too.

After that, we proceed to 60’s live seafood restaurant for our dinner. The food was actually not bad, the fish and prawn were really fresh but the crabs were really a letdown. But we love the surrounding, it is very green and something quite different. But don’t think we will be back as it is quite out of the way.

A trip to Upper Pierce Reservior

The girls loves to go Upper Pierce Reservior for fun, rolling up and down the slope. Monkeys are not really the agenda.

Happy Birthday, Leanne

Happy Birthday to you, Darling!

Leanne is turning 8 today. It is amazing how she grow so fast. She seems to grow faster than her sisters and I do not know why. I guess maybe it is due to the fact that she is born earlier in the year whereas all her sisters and brother are born at the later part of the year.

Coincidently, Today is also my wedding anniversary. Wow! I have been married for 13 years already. Time really flies.

Sentosa Flowers Show

It was the 4th day of the New Year and there was a flower show in Sentosa. I miss it last year, so I have to come this year. It was beautiful and the flowers were gorgeous. The display was done up really nice.

It is the 1st time, the show is open at night but we didn't manage to stay that late to see how the flowers will look like under the moon light. It must be beautiful as well.

I can’t wait for the next show to come, the Singapore Garden Festival, to be held in jul. The last one was great and I am sure this will not disappoint either.

I have to declare I am crazy about flowers.

Chinese New Year

This year, the Chinese New Year falls on the 7th and 8th Feb and it was a super long weekend for us. We have 5 days of celebration. The kids collected lots of ang pows but it wass not the trill of collecting them but playing blackjack that make their day. We went visiting for the whole of the 1st day of New Year and were dead tired when we reached my 2nd aunt’s place. This year we started late. We left the house at 1030am and by the time we got to the last stop. It was already 630pm. Here are some of the pic taken during these few days.
